Wellness Product List

These are the things I personally recommend for staying well. They're what I find useful and are my top picks from the many options out there. Just to be clear, I'm not a doctor, so this isn't medical advice. I simply enjoy using these products for myself.

Bandage

Welly Bandages are made of flexible fabric that stays put where you need it. They come in cool colors, designs, and various shapes. Plus, I really appreciate the metal container they come in—it keeps all my bandages organized and easy to store.

Bandage

New Skin First Aid Antiseptic Liquid Bandage

Liquid Bandage is a great option for tricky cuts because it does double duty: it acts as both an antiseptic and a tough shield. It dries fast, forming a strong, waterproof barrier that keeps out dirt and germs while still letting your skin breathe.

Health: Yogi Tea Cold Season and Throat Comfort

When the cold season hits, I make sure to have plenty of Yogi Tea Cold Season and Throat Comfort teas on hand. As soon as I feel a cold coming on, I brew myself a cup and sip on it throughout the day. It helps soothe my throat and lessen the intensity of my symptoms. Plus, I appreciate that it's all organic and caffeine-free.

Buddha Teas Organic

I swear by Buddha Teas Organic Dandelion Root Infusion for giving my liver a good cleanse and helping with digestion, especially when I'm constipated. And when I need to unwind and get some quality sleep, I turn to Valerian Root Tea. It's all organic and caffeine-free, which I really appreciate

Zicam Cold Remedy Nasal Swabs

I never wait until I'm sick—I always take action at the first sign of symptoms. When I feel like something's coming on, like the flu, I reach for Zicam. The nasal swabs are way easier for me than the pill form, and I always make sure to have them packed in my bag when I travel, just in case.

Biofreeze Pain Relief Roll-On

Biofreeze Pain Relief Roll-On is clear and easy to apply. It's fantastic for relieving pain, and its compact size makes it perfect for traveling. After a day of sightseeing, I can quickly roll it onto my calf or shoulder for instant pain relief.

Eagle Brand Medicated Oil

When I have muscle pain and need a stronger solution, I turn to Eagle Brand Medicated Oil. I apply a small amount and rub it onto my skin, and it creates a warming sensation rather than a cooling one. The scent is quite strong, so I like to shower right after to avoid it getting on my clothes. Then, I hop into bed and let it work its magic overnight. By morning, I usually feel much better. I also use it for mosquito bites; a dab on the skin stops the itching and stinging. There are other brands out there, but Eagle Brand is the only one I trust.

Salonpas Pain Relieving Patches

Salonpas patches are perfect for those temporary aches and pains when you're short on time or energy. Just stick them on and you're good to go. But be careful not to apply them to hairy areas—I wouldn't recommend it, because that might be a bit ouchy!

Homeopathic Medicine for Pain Relief: Boiron Arnica Montana

Five pellets offer relief from general pain by numbing the body to alleviate discomfort. While it doesn't completely eliminate the pain, it helps to manage and bear the discomfort associated with body aches.
